I'm personally impartial to the cesar cut on a man. Most men old and young can pull this look off.

It depends on the guy.
depends on the girl you are after. I favor rockabilly hair. a more trendy punk/emo girl would want a guy with trendy punk/emo hair. so, look at the bird you are after, and try to figure out what style she's into. if you don't have a particular bird, what kind of chick gets you riled? then think, what matches that?
The best thing you can do is go to a local salon and ask to look at one of their newest style books. The style that may be the most popular/best looking may not be the style for you.
